PST low volatility diphenyl silicone fluid S-7400, and S-7402.

These have low and high temperature capability offering a low volatile content and narrow spectrum of viscosity to meet all the demanding pump applications.
Both these Silicone fluids are suitable for use in pumps, oil fluids for high vacuum, plus diffusion.

S-7400
Description
  • A clear dimethyl, diphenyl polysiloxane fluid
  • Available in viscosities from 40,000 to 2.5 million centistokes
  • Diphenyl content offers improved thermal stability
Applications
  • For maximum vibration control and damping in dash pots for time delay relays, pulsation dampers and meter movements
  • Use as the working media in fluid clutch and fluid drive systems in the aerospace and automotive industry
  • Consider for use as a lubricant, coating, release agent and performance additive
  • Provides high and low temperature stability, oxidation resistance, very low vapor pressure, low surface temperature, high flash point and optimum radiation and oxidation resistance
